Please read our returns policy carefully. No exceptions will be made, as you agreed to the terms at the time of purchase.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your product to request a return. After this period, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received, unworn and in their original packaging. For items where hygiene is important, products must be properly clean before initiating the returns process.
For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including underwear, lingerie, hosiery, and some skincare products.
Returns Process
If you wish to return a product, please send an email to info@theashfordsisters.com with the following details: your order number, the reason for your return, a photo of the product if it is damaged, and your contact information.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied automatically to your original payment method within 30 days.
If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please first check your bank account. If the refund is still not visible, please contact us at info@theashfordsisters.com
Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns. Returns must be sent to Asia, with return shipping costs starting from £40, payable by the customer.
Exceptions
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. Should the error occur again with the second delivery, you will receive a full refund.
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once placed, due to our automated processing system.

Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the average delivery time is 6 to 12 business days. In some cases, delivery may take up to 30 days from the date of purchase, depending on order volume, global delays, or public holidays.
